Jana Greer

Jana's career began in coworking. The consulting practice grew directly from the operations and technology work performed within those spaces, as well as hands-on experience helping build and launch a brand that eventually expanded into a franchise.

Real estate followed, driven by client demand. Continuously encountering the same gap—that growth strategy and real estate decisions were fundamentally the same conversation, yet handled by separate individuals who rarely spoke—she earned her real estate license. Today, strategy and transaction are unified under one person, which is ultimately the goal.

For Jana, the primary focus remains whether the business actually functions after the paperwork is signed, whether through a growth plan, a fractional COO role, or a commercial lease. She serves as Director of Commercial at KW Elite | KW Commercial, South Florida Regional Ambassador for KW Commercial, and she leads Florida Commercial Thursdays.
