Ashvin Patel is a seasoned real estate asset management and hospitality professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience managing, operating, and optimizing diverse property portfolios. He is a CCIM Candidate and CPM® Candidate, further advancing his expertise in commercial real estate investment analysis and professional real estate management.

His experience spans multifamily, mixed-use, and hospitality assets, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire real estate investment lifecycle. Throughout his career, Ashvin has been actively involved in acquisitions, underwriting, financing and capital markets, property operations, capital improvements, investor relations, and long-term asset strategy.

His combination of an ownership mindset, operational experience, and investment perspective allows him to evaluate assets not only from a financial standpoint but also from the day-to-day realities that ultimately drive property performance.
