Anna Swartz-Lopez

Anna is a commercial real estate professional with broad expertise spanning property management, leasing, lending, financial analysis, and operations. As Director of Property Management Operations at THG Property Management, she focuses on building scalable systems that support portfolio growth while delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants. Her responsibilities encompass property operations, lease administration, compliance management, vendor oversight, process development, and operational reporting.

Prior to her work in property management, Anna gained experience in commercial lending and retail leasing, equipping her with a well-rounded understanding of how properties generate value from acquisition through operation and occupancy.

She earned the CCIM designation in 2025 and serves as Treasurer for the Northern California CCIM Chapter. Anna is particularly interested in the intersection of commercial real estate operations, technology, analytics, and long-term portfolio performance.
