Andrew Gee

Andrew Gee has a background in architecture, urban planning, and business. He and his team do three things best-in-class for the CRE industry: proforma, pitch decks, and feasibility studies.

He has worked at the Marcus & Millichap Companies, RSG Inc., K.Hovnanian Homes, Wesco Homes and Development, as well as several startup companies throughout his career. He has successfully managed consulting efforts for scores of clients in long term relationships over the last 15 years.

Andrew has an MBA from UC Berkeley, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA and Bachelor's in Architecture in Cal Poly Pomona. This background gives him the ability to be highly analytical and also be creative.
